The Inn of the Good Shepherd is pleased to announce the Local Shopping Spree Raffle. Raffle winners will be announced at The Inn of the Good Shepherd on Friday, May 28, 2021.

Ticket purchasers will have a chance to win one of eleven Sarnia-Lambton Shopping Sprees, with a total prize board value of $50,000. Prize packages, or shopping sprees, have been thoughtfully designed to help winners spend with intention at a variety of Sarnia-Lambton businesses. Prize packages range from$1,000 up to the Grand Prize Home Package of $20,000.

Raffle tickets are $25 each. Tickets may be purchased online at or in-person from Bad Dog – Sarnia and Corunna locations; Coffee Lodge Exmouth Street and Petrolia Locations; John’s Restaurant; Skeeter Barlow’s Bar & Grill Bright’s Grove; DOG EAT DOG and The Inn of the Good Shepherd.

The proceeds from each ticket will help to support The Inn of The Good Shepherd. The Inn feeds on average 1,800 people per month and provides a variety of other support services. The COVID-19 pandemic has increased the need for The Inn’s services, and they continue to need support.

“The Local Shopping Spree has prioritized supporting local businesses as they are the backbone of our communities. To help ensure they can continue to give back to the community, the Local Shopping Spree has purchased all prize packages at face value from these businesses so that a portion of each ticket sale goes directly into the hands of local businesses. The Local Shopping Spree is proud to be working alongside 35 local businesses for this event,” says Myles Vanni, Executive Director of The Inn.

The raffle is being supported by #local and the Supporting Sarnia and Surrounding Businesses Facebook Group to promote this event. #local is an online platform that makes it easy and fun for you to support your community, connect with your neighbours and cut through the noise. The Supporting Sarnia and Surrounding Businesses Facebook Group is 15,000 members strong and continues to provide an online space to highlight local businesses and organizations.
