As we close the chapter on 2024, I am filled with gratitude for the resilience and innovation demonstrated by our local businesses and community partners. The Sarnia Lambton Chamber of Commerce has continued to serve as a vital resource and advocate for our members, fostering an environment where collaboration and growth can flourish.

In 2024, we faced both challenges and opportunities, but our commitment to supporting our members always remained unwavering. Through a variety of initiatives, including networking events, educational lunch & learns, and advocacy efforts, we have worked diligently to ensure that members not only survive, but thrive in an ever-evolving economic landscape.

One of our significant achievements this year was the launch of the “Sarnia Lambton Business Summit”, designed to enhance collaboration and resource-sharing among businesses, government, and community organizations. This initiative has strengthened our ties and created new opportunities for partnerships, with the end goal to deliver economic growth in our region. We are excited to announce that the 2025 Business Summit is booked for July 10th!

Looking ahead to 2025, we are excited to build on this momentum. Our focus will be on strategies that add value for our members, advocating actively for our members, collaborating with local partners, increasing our presence in rural Lambton County, and continue to work with all levels of government to ensure the voice of our members is heard and always considered in community building.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to our dedicated staff, board members, and all partners for their unwavering support and commitment to our shared vision. 64 events were planned and successfully executed with close to 3000 attendees!! Need I say more about the Chamber team’s commitment to our community?! They are making a positive impact in Sarnia Lambton and I am extremely proud to be on their team!As we embark on another year, the Chamber will continue to embrace collaboration, support our members, and work towards a bright and prosperous future for our members and the community. Bring on 2025!!!
