Carrie joined the Chamber in May 2022 as the new CEO. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Director at Sarnia-Lambton Rebound, and leadership positions at Pathways Health Centre for Children and Community Living Sarnia-Lambton. Carrie is also a small business owner that is revolutionizing the world and helping women grow leadership and management skills.

Carrie is the past chair of the Sarnia Lambton Social Services Network, Member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Sarnia, and former board member for the Physician Recruitment Taskforce (now called the Blue Coast Primary Care Recruitment and Retention) and North Lambton Community Health Centre.  She serves on the board of directors for Sarnia Lambton Economic Partnership and is a Public Appointed council member for the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She has a master’s degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University and non-profit management certificate form Western University.

Carrie has lived in Sarnia Lambton for the past 26 years and together with her husband Matt, they have five children, a dog, a few chickens, and two ducks.
