John Musgrave is a dynamic leadership coach and business strategist with over 25 years of experience building successful organizations, leading teams, and developing successful leaders. After a distinguished career in corporate leadership, John returned to Sarnia with his wife, Laura, to be closer to family and enjoy life as a grandfather (Papa) to Theo (born November 2021) and Levi (born June 2023).
In January 2023, John founded John Musgrave Leadership, a coaching and consulting practice dedicated to helping individuals and organizations discover their potential. Passionate about leadership, community, and personal growth, John is committed to fostering collaboration and success in Sarnia Lambton.
